When purchasing National Book Tokens & Nationwide Theatre Tokens with us on 0800 6125350 or secure online, dispatch will always be on the very next day, no matter where you are in the world! This change means that you can now rest assured that every time gift tokens are ordered, no matter what time of the day it is, we will mail tomorrow (we cannot dispatch on a Sunday as there is no access to the post here in the UK). This remains freepost to Great Britain (has been since 1999!), plus all Ireland addresses now (North & South) and currently one subsidised flat fee rate of five pounds when we send anywhere else overseas. Consignments within the UK to a value of one hundred pounds or over, are always insured and guaranteed, at no additional cost and we are the only company to offer inland Royal Mail Special Delivery Service free (not available for weekends). Telephone ordering is available 10am until 8pm seven days a week and that's free when calling from within the UK. No other tokens provider offers all of this, so why settle for less?

Community Accountancy Services Northern Ireland

CASNI is the new charity that helps other charities, registered with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland number NIC100789.

Established in 2014 time was then spent researching the needs of other voluntary sector groups within our region, especially in conjunction with the new introduction of the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.

Based in Derry City, our charitable objectives are to provide community accountancy support and services to voluntary sector groups, registered charities, community interest companies and charitable companies limited by guarantee.

We are here to support the effectiveness and efficiency of charities, or the charitable activities of voluntary organisations through the provision, in particular, of training, management skills, accounting and payroll services to such organisations and to carry out any other charitable purpose which would support the voluntary and community sector within Northern Ireland.

The direct benefits to those our clients are:

Voluntary groups and registered charities will have a greater understanding of their organisations finances, governance and statutory requirements as outlined by the Charity Commission Northern Ireland. They will be able to plan for a sustainable future and minimise the financial risk faced by them. Enabling them to invest more funds into their projects and services therefore directly benefiting their service users and members of the public.

We can demonstrate this by:

Showing that less funds are spent on accounting work. Greater investment into projects and services by our clients as a result of the support we provide. A service evaluation and feedback form will be issued upon completion of any work we undertake. The publication of our Annual Report.

Here to serve:

Any constituted voluntary group or registered charity no matter how small, up to an annual turnover limit of £500,000 located within any area of Northern Ireland. Those with an annual turnover of £5000 or less, all the services are FREE OF CHARGE, others can benefit from our highly subsidised subscription packages specific to your individual needs.
