When you spend £50 or more here purchasing another gift card before 1st November 2017 we will refund any / all of the above!
Simply email proof of the fees you wish to be reimbursed (must have been incurred elsewhere by you after 31st July 2017) to the address below, along with a telephone number for us to contact you for processing the new Book Token or Theatre Token order.
Your previous fees will be deducted from the cost of your new gift card transaction and your National Book Tokens or National Theatre Tokens will then be mailed out free-post, no fee (as it's been here since 1999). Email by latest 01/11/17 to:
